This policy explains what information smartStartup, a service of metAgentic.ai, collects when you use smartstartup.tech or contact us, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you send the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address, anything else you choose to include, the page you sent it from and the time. We use it to reply and, if you become a client, to do the work.

Analytics. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and sends usage data, with your IP address shortened, to Google. Nothing is sent before you choose. You can change your mind by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Server logs. Our web server records requests, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a short period and are not used for marketing.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send newsletters you did not ask for. We do not share your details with anyone except the services we need to reply to you, such as our email provider.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time by emailing hello@smartstartup.tech. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honour them for everyone.
